Individual Counseling
You and your therapist will work one-on-one toward your goals, helping you identify barriers to performance and create a plan to give you the tools and skills you need to conquer these obstacles.
You will also have the opportunity to dig deep into your fundamental subconscious and unconscious programming, including beliefs you carry that make or break your performance, dismantling negative and limiting beliefs, and installing new positive and empowered beliefs.
This will create a solid foundation so you can succeed in maintaining confidence, clarity, and composure so you have less to worry about managing in real time, already having the fortitude from the inside out that you carry with you into every situation.
Family Counseling
Sometimes our relationships with those closest to us get a little messy. Family counseling can help athletes and parents or other loved ones learn together in a safe environment how to communicate emotions and collaborate around shared goals. Goals will be based on what the athlete needs, and helping everyone learn skills to get moving in the same direction.
Vickie has 15 years experience working with youth and their families to resolve conflict and create healthier family dynamics and home environment so all can thrive. This includes time working with at-risk and incarcerated youth to help everyone in their close circle support them as they work to rehabilitate and improve their circumstances to create a meaningful and fulfilling life with healthy habits and solid positive supports.

Group Counseling
Group Therapy is a great option for people to connect around shared challenges to feel less alone in what they are going through. This is a safe space where the therapist leads the group in sharing about and processing their experiences, helping develop skills and tools to cope and overcome difficulties. And the support of fellow group members is a very powerful therapeutic element.
Vickie has 15 years experience developing and running therapy groups and enjoys being a part of helping people connect and find community in their journey to healing and improving their skills. She uses a creative and eclectic approach, also including group members in developing the unique culture of each group.
